一、F1系列产品特点
产品链接部件*由不锈钢A316L制成、罐体由硼硅酸盐单层或夹套制成以获得温度控制。
顶置式无噪音的伺服电机搅拌系统，搅拌速度范围广泛（10-1200 rpm）。可采用用Rusthon叶轮或低剪切力叶轮。
3-4个内嵌蠕动泵泵，1个流速可调蠕动泵的用于分批发酵培养或连续发酵培养。
控制技术参数：酸碱pH值、溶解氧DO、温度和液位水平（泡沫）。根据需要添加测量技术参数（OD、尾气分析......）等，设备已留有备用接口、即使在设备交付和调试之后也可以轻松地按需添加。
Bionet 主控制器FCU通过一个工业PLC（西门子）和一台安装了ROSA +控制软件的12“HMI平板电脑，集成了气体供应、温度控制、监控和其他功能。
以太网端口LAN和VPN通信。
cGMP标准生物反应器以及ASME-BPE标准下的制造仪器均可按需提供。内嵌CFR 21.11版本的ROSA+SW。
